Bonnie has been in the business management and marketing industry for over 29 years. The last 10 have been spent in real estate, so she has a firm grasp on the ever changing real estate market as well as keeps up on the trends and technology that is required for successful marketing of homes. She owes her love of homes to her dad who was a contractor and she spent time on job sights, looking over blueprints and watching the home building process. Being a native to Otter Tail and Wadena counties all her life she is very versed in the area and has beneficial knowledge whether it be residential homes, lakeshore, ag and recreational land and commercial. Proud to be independently and locally owned, she enjoys improving the communities and building relationships that don't end after the transaction is over.
Stephanie has been a local to the area for over 35 years and counting... She is proud to be a part of the "Minnesota Nice" culture of her favorite state and strongly believes in the admired work ethic of the Midwest. She values family, church, community, and working hard. With Stephanie you can be sure to have great communication from beginning of the process to the end of your Real Estate transaction. At every step of the way she will educate you on your options so you can make the best choice for your most important decisions. Her favorite part of Real Estate is empowering Sellers and Buyers towards their goals and being a part of those BIG moments in their lives. Another favorite part of this process for Stephanie is thinking quick and problem solving outside of the box. Many times in the Real Estate process things can change quickly, and it will put you at ease to know that you've got an agent that is 100% dedicated to having your best interests protected. She is thankful for all of the amazing people that she has helped over the years and looks forward to continuing to build strong relationships in business and friendships.
She is originally from Colby, Wisconsin, (Home of the Colby Cheese) a small farming community, where she grew up on her family’s farm. In 2010, she married and moved to North Carolina, to a military base where her husband was stationed with the 82nd Airborne. Throughout his military career, they moved frequently and she diffidently understands life’s constant complications. Through their experiences, she’s learned quite a bit about home buying, selling, remodeling and marketing processes. She loves doing DIY projects!
Now, after 10 years of marriage and being the wife of a disabled veteran, they’ve settled in the Richville area to be closer to his family. She misses Wisconsin and her large family, having 7 siblings but could not see herself living anywhere else. She has fallen in love with the area, the people and the lakes with all the ample fishing possibilities.
