Stephen was born and raised in the Perham Lakes Area, he wouldn't want to call any other place his home. Stephen’s goal is to show you why this area is so great and for you to fall in love with it also.
Stephen has been involved with community his entire life; from playing sports as a Yellow Jacket, to then coaching and teaching the youth. Stephen has been a big part of creating local charitable events and donating countless hours to the community.
“My customers' needs and concerns are my number one priority. My goal is to be available to my customers and to work with their best interests in mind. As a listing agent in the area, you should expect more from me than just posting your home online and placing a sign in your yard. I will maximize your chances of getting the best price for your home” Stephen Sweere.
She is originally from Colby, Wisconsin, (Home of the Colby Cheese) a small farming community, where she grew up on her family’s farm. In 2010, she married and moved to North Carolina, to a military base where her husband was stationed with the 82nd Airborne. Throughout his military career, they moved frequently and she diffidently understands life’s constant complications. Through their experiences, she’s learned quite a bit about home buying, selling, remodeling and marketing processes. She loves doing DIY projects!
Now, after 10 years of marriage and being the wife of a disabled veteran, they’ve settled in the Richville area to be closer to his family. She misses Wisconsin and her large family, having 7 siblings but could not see herself living anywhere else. She has fallen in love with the area, the people and the lakes with all the ample fishing possibilities.
Born and raised in Cold Spring, MN, I am a proud mother of 4, grandmother of 7 and wife to wonderful husband. In 1998 we moved our family to small town New York Mills, MN where I could be a stay at home mom. We bought an older farm house where I taught myself to do DIY projects around the house, that is when my passion for Real Estate started. I enjoy working in my gardens, remodeling homes, decorating, crafts and DIY projects. In 2012 we moved to Alexandria which we now call home.
In 2003 I went to school and received my Real estate license and then furthered my education by getting my GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute).
I am a very caring & easy-going person. I have worked every aspect of the industry working with buyers, sellers, investors and banks in the residential market. Real Estate is not about buying and selling, it is about listening to the needs of the clients, communicating and building a long-lasting relationship with them for years to come. I go the extra mile.
Buying and selling is one of the most important life experiences. Give me a call to help make this experience more enjoyable.
