	In 1998 Centennial Realty was established in what was called the “Centennial Building” by Debbie Porkkonen…mother of two college age sons, an avid fisherwoman, a carpenter at heart, someone who loves to spend time in her gardens, but most importantly has a passion for playing “match maker” in the world of real estate.
	Christine Lambertson has learned to call N.Y. Mills “home” since her family moved here in 1998. She and her husband, Jeff, have four children. In 2003 she became an agent at Centennial Realty. Her hobbies include decorating and “re” decorating her home, camping, gardening, crafting and she, too, enjoys carpentry projects!
	Outside of gardening, reading, decorating and remodeling homes…Bonnie Nelson, long time native to N.Y. Mills and a mother of two (plus a wonderful daughter-in-law) is pursuing her long time interest & love of homes, …in her words “all homes have their own character and personality; it’s fun to match them to the right people”.
